The Greek "Treasure"

Heliator is the “King Sun”

The powerful Greek sun is responsible for the miraculous properties of Greek herbs.
Our inspiration derives from Mani, Peloponnese, a place with hundreds of herbs and formulas. Secret formulas, ointments, beauty tips remain to this date a “living” tradition that dates back to Homer’s time. It’s not a myth that passes by word of mouth but living practices with proven results based on centuries of experience.

4.000 years old formulas

The first historical references back to the clay tablets inscribed in Linear B script that were found at Pylos which refer to those who “mix ointments”. As described in Iliad, when Odysseus and Diomedes returned from battle “they washed their hair, rubbed themselves with olive oil and sat down to eat…”. In Hippocrates Code we find more than 60 medicinal purposes of olive oil with emphasis on skin diseases. In classical Athens, they used beeswax balms for skin tightening, spots treating and skin regeneration.
